Which component in POL that creates .desktop?

siron	On Ubuntu, wine programs dont use their own icon on unity launcher and the solution to this is by adding "StartupWMClass=program.exe" in program's .desktop I poked around in POL files to find for the .desktop creator but couldn't seem to find it..Basically, I want it to include the StartupWMClass entry automatically when POL creates those shortcut
