Microsoft Office Powerpoint can't add videos

Hi, I'm new to PlayonLinux and I have installed Microsoft Office 2010.
And I wanted to use Powerpoint with embedded videos, but I always get:
Powerpoint cannot insert a video from the selected file. Verify the necessary codec for this media is installed and try again.

I have tried mpeg and avi videos.
I have also tried inside of PlayonLinux: selecting Powerpoint 2010 -> Configure -> Install packages -> wmp10 and wmpcodecs. But with no result.
Also I noticed that I don't have sound.

I was wondering if someone can help me.
