Hi everyone,

I've been trying to run guild wars 2 on my computer with the tutorial shown on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFmojaEHx08.

However when I get to the part where I would need to configure the GW2.exe so it would run with WINE 1.5.12 Guild Wars 2 version rather than SYSTEM, my installed Wine 1.5.12 GW 2 does not show up when I click the arrow.

I am currently running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Thanks for any help you guys can provide!

Hi,
That's possibly because the System and 1.5.12 Wine versions you installed are of different architecture (32/64bit).
But why bother with that tutorial when there's an install script in the repository?

Because when I made the tutorial, there wasn't a script available.  Not only that but it is now still only within "Testing".
