qmax	Wine version: 1.5.x Distribution: Ubuntu Distribution version: 12.04 (amd64) Graphics card: GeForce GT 220 Graphics card driver: 295.49 Comments: Does not start PlayOnLinux: 4.0.14-1 Starting game results in "Completing installation..." dialog. It completes quickly and then nothing happens. Process Steam.exe with children runs at non-zero CPU utilization. Edité par qmax

GNU_Raziel	I will recheck this game as soon as possible but, last time I tried, I was not playable because of big texture/button problems when opening a chest so don't expect miracles. Edité par GNU_Raziel Why you should use OpenGL and not DirectX Richard Stallman Talks About Ubuntu

qmax	Seems like something changed in playonlinux-4.1.3 I've installed the game using script, from DVD, updated during install, completed installation. Now running under various versions of wine. 1.5.9-0ubuntu2~pulse19+build1+rawinput1 from ppa:foresto/winepatched (installed in System) 1.5.3 (installed by script) - it starts! - stuff labels, cockpit, menues are all almost ok - mouse wheel rotates character by 90deg - no 3d scenes at all (except prerendered chest looting) - mouse motion makes no effect (but there's no scene and no camera to verify) 1.5.9-raw3 1.5.9 1.5.8 1.5.3-xliveless-raw3 1.4-rc4-raw3 (one that proven to work!) 1.4.1 1.4 1.3.34-rawinput2 - shows "prepearing to launch..." - runs "completing installation..." - shows "prepearing to launch..." again, quickly hiding into tray - nothing else happens - until closed by "exit" from tray menu Edité par qmax
