Is it possible to run an application in window mode ? i play cnc3 tiberium wars and i dont know how to set it to the window

yes it's possible, you can either use game windowed mode or use the "virtual desktop" option of wine.

thx :) i used virtual desktop as there is no window function in game. Btw, does virtual desktop cause the lose of fps ? maybe it is better to use fullscreen mode ? Oo

I never noticed any fps loss with wine "virtual desktop" mode and, most of time, it's safer to use because fullscreen mode "switching" cause desktop resolution not to be restored when game close (if you play in lower resolution than your actual desktop one) and even overbrightness sometimes.
