Extraction Failed

IE8 Install

WallaceTech	Hello. Hope someone can help. I am running Lion and i have tried to install IE. When i do i get the message below Any ideas? Extraction Failed Unable to find volume for file extraction. Please verify that you have proper permissions Many thanks
