Hi when i try running crysis 2 it just hangs and the debugger shows this

and thats all it does just sits like that and doesn't start i just purchesed a retail dvd today and i really wana play it can someone pls help me fix it

What is your Mac OS version, and your hardware ?

i am running os x lion and i have a 2.66ghz core 2 duo with 4gb ram and a nvidia 9400m on board graphics and nvidia 9600m gt dedicated graphics i have a mid 09 macbook pro

Ok, first of all, try to assign an older wine version to crysis 2 (Tools -> Manage wineversion, then "Configure menu")

Try wine 1.3.23, 1.3.24

i did the same thing using wine 1.3.23 and 1.3.24

Be sure to use latest patch for this game, it removed a nasty drm, crashing wine each time.
I will take a look at this game again as soon as possible but last time i've checked, it was perfectly playable.
