Elder Scrolls Oblivion crash

I installed Oblivion & Shivering Isles via disc(s).

The install was successful.

Here's the problem: it won't run. It's sort of a hit or miss kind of thing here.

It either:
Has the start up miniscreen show up with most of it blank white, and crash when I try to click on anything.
or
Starts up just fine, until it gets to the main menu, then freezes.

Due to the large amount of info, I sent the logs to pastebin rather then copy and paste them here.

Any suggestions?

Have you rebooted your computer after installing XQuartz?

It's black with the orange swoosh around it. I also have the white boxed one as well in my Applications>Utilities folder.

That's normal, but that's strange because it should work

Has XQuartz been install by PlayOnMac or was it installed before?

Can you try to run the game in windowed mode ?
