Sorry for my english, I am from México.

I have this hardware:

Graphics
$ lspci | grep -i vga
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)

RAM
$ more /proc/meminfo | grep -i memtotal
MemTotal: 2065116 kB

CPU
$ more /proc/cpuinfo | grep "model name"
model name : Genuine Intel(R) CPU T1300 @ 1.66GHz
I have installed Need For Speed Carbon and I have used the Universal Widescreen (uniws). All this works well.

Now, when I run the game, I can see the video (intro) but when the video has finished and start the first menu I just can see a black screen, I press some keys and I can see some, I mean, I can see just one or two bottoms, I can hear the sound in all moment.

Someone can help me?
