Hi, just to said I get the sound working with "dsound" in Playonlinux functions and wine 1.3.27 (the intro sound doesn't work anymore but it doesn't matter because the ig sound works now :), but I don't know how to make the mouse work since I already have steam installed and I installed Brink through steam. Xinput and Dinput in Playonlinux functions didn't worked. Any tips?
Actually, except the mouse bug, it worked better on linux with wine for me than under my windows 7 partition.

Okidoki, no idea how I can make my mouse work without the custom Brink install? Is there something to add with Playonlinux functions or something? I read that it works with the World of tank mouse patch, but I wasn't able to understand how to install it.

Hello,
one year later, some feedback with a wine version up to date.

still no sound with oss driver. I choose alsa sound driver to fix that => HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Wine\\Drivers = alsa
The mouse issue has been fixed since 1.5.13 : http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20395
And the steam application must be launched with the flag -no-dwrite to avoid the no font issue (broken since wine 1.5.10).
This game run perfectly with wine 1.5.19. :)
