Hey guys, I have searched the forums to see if someone has posted this and I can't find any. I appologize ahead of time. I have Ubuntu 11.04 with Unity installed on my system, completely convinced this is the OS for me... Screw windows. But anyhow, It's the 64 bit version, and I am also using the 64 bit version of your software. Now to my main question. I have my WoW folder completely installed on my other windows partition. Is there ANY way that I can just copy over the files to my linux partition somehow and use the launcher.exe to update the client and play WoW? I don't have the DVD's also, I digitally purchased all my WoW Expansions. Now I did find this tut on how to LINK the folder from your other partition using a script http://gameshogun.ws/freegaming/how-to-play-world-of-warcraft-on-ubuntu-linux-smoothly?page=2, but it seems I can't get it to work after following the instructions to the T. I could however get the game to launch by going to install -> World Of Warcraft -> and select the launcher.exe. It would update the game, and I would have been able to play it (I still need to reactivate my account), and never placed a shortcut in my pol client or desktop after exiting the launcher.exe. Technically I can play if I use the instsall method every time I want to play, but that's a pain. Can you guys help me out? I would really appreciate it. Thank you for the help ahead of time. Cheers
