I just downloaded PlayOnLinux after hearing that it can install games for windows. Recently, I found American McGee's Alice (after wanting to play for it for 11 years) and I tried installing it on my Ubuntu 11.04 installed with wine. It installed fine but when I tried running the game, it didn't show up.
I am more asking for a tutorial on how to use PlayOnLinux to run American McGee's Alice. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance! :)

I tried the "gift" version of Alice Madness Return - The Complete Edition, it ran fine (Quake 3 engine).

You can use AppDB entry to make a PoL installer for this game, using Script Creator software by SuperPlumus it's easy. If you succeed, post the script HERE and, after verification and validation, it will be added to main repository.

The Script Creator plugin for PoL is still in beta but work fine so far, you can download it HERE.
