Hello, I´m having a problem I haven´t faced in the previous distributions of ubuntu, when I run PlayonLinux it says I have no 3D acelleration, but I have already installed the most up to date NVIDIA driver, I have even tested a previous NVIDIA driver, and the error persists.

Are you able to run glxgears? What model of graphic card do you've got? Did you installed mesa-utils?

glxgears? You mean the "3d test" button? It did not worked, and my video card do not list in PlayonLinux reports(it did previously on karmic). I also have not installed the mesa-utils package.

I forgot to say I´m using the most up to date playonlinux if it matters

My video card is a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

Please install mesa-utils.

This solved the problem, but why Pol worked on karmic without I having to care about mesa-utils, and now I needed to go to synaptic and install it?

OBS:
My Ubuntu Lucid Install is clean

It's because Lucid Lynx lightened itself and get rid of mesa-utils as default package.
