Hello, I install Mirror's Edge by script from repository, but the game not running. When I would run, the computer thinks a few seconds, and zero response. No errors, no windows, absolutely nothing.
Any suggestions?

PS.
When I use debug option in PlayOnLinux I have this in console:
--debug
costam

Does this mean that the game wants to use DX10? How do I set that used DX9?

PS.2
I install DirectX 9. I combined the two scripts, this - Mirror's Edge and Anno1404 (from this I get part responsible for DX9) and I manually add to windows/system32, d3dx10_35.dll.
The game is lunched. But I have new problem.
Apart from the fact that light of problems with graphics (such as various types of artifacts), the worst thing is that the game does not take the cursor, even if authorized by the settings of the wine prefix. With the result that the movements are limited (the mouse pointer reaches the end and then obrut form is impossible). In addition, there are problems with handling the keyboard (interrupt when holding the key, making it difficult to walk and impossible to run).

PS.3
Given that the Mirror's Edge using the Unreal engine, I reworked the script Bioshock. Now works better. Problems with the mouse is gone. However, there are problems walking and running around. I noticed, however, that these are problems of physics, because when I run and jumps jam not happen. Also in various places jams occur with varying intensity. This seems like a foot, sink the ground by locking it (bounce helps further to go).

Hi, I have the mouse problem you described, and changing settings in wine doesn't change anything. Can you tell me how you solved it ?

(I'm using ubuntu and gnome, if that helps)

Thanks.

Look at the Bioshock script. There is section for mouse patch. You must reworked Bioshock script to Mirror's Edge (change the path). Original script to Mirror's Edge is rubbish.
