I installed Sims 3 and everything seems to be running good so I wanted to install some custome content but can't get the framework working. Has anyone tried to use custom content or mods with PlayOnLinux yet? if so, how did you get it to work...
Any help would be apreciated, thanks.

i am able to use custom content. Firstly, you will have to manually install the custom content using the launcher. Secondly, there is a huge problem as it is very laggy when installing a lot of content.

'put the .Sims3Pack files in My Documents\\Electronic Arts\\The Sims 3\\Downloads\\ ('My Documents' being the path you set My Documents to above) and the launcher should be able to install them.'
be patient. Notice that the launcher would appear in the notification area. If it hangs, just minimize it, wait 2-3 minutes(or longer if ur computer is slow) and restore it again. The content should be ready to install next.
