So yeah... just wiped out windows like 3 weeks ago, installed Karmic Koala, and now I'm trying to play a few of my games. Mainly AOE 3. I got the install working and everything is setup, except when I start playing, non of my units have colour. no red, blue, green or whatever to show what player is who. Just a white default unit. any ideas as to why?

And also Most of the time I tri to run AOE3, I can a message saying it can't find the wine gecko and I have to install it... even though its like the 10th time I do.

And last but not least. Is it possible to play online? it keeps saying that it can't find the lobby.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've got unit colours. I haven't got any message during every start of AOE III. I'm not able to play online.

Dam... I dunno where to start looking. But it's more of when I start POL... it doesn't happen all the time, like it didn't just now, but other times it will.
