1st question

I read on the site of this winescript called "winefix" that it is possible when launching an .exe file with wine to pass the option -n which can dramatically improve the performance.
In there they say that the wine default value is set to 19, however passing it to 10 can dramatically improve the perormance on graphics + sound intensive applications (e.g. games)
Is it possible to do something like that with playonlinux?

Is it possible to run playonlinux under qt gui?
I thought that maybe it was possible by recompile, but i cannot find a source package
