Apple silicon Mac gamer here, growing increasingly frustrated with the steam launcher on Mac and how it has been left to die by valve completely. The ui is a complete and total mess, features like big picture are buggy and half working, and it still runs on rosseta instead of a native apple silicon app. Given this, is it even possible to build an overhauled steam client for Mac? would it go against tos? I would love to see something from valve itself I just don't think it's ever going to happen. would it also be possible to build gpt in so that windows games would at least (kinda) run on some systems. maybe integration with whisky? love to hear everyones thoughts on this https://1921681254.mx/ .
