Can't download wine through Sierra

mahzinho	Hello, I use macOS Sierra due to incompatibility of RAID with High Sierra and the Mac I use can't go beyond High Sierra. I need to use PlayOnMac 4.3.3, but it says the "Wine packages website is unavailable", how can I solve that, please?
