Application: ZooTycoon2

After using the written Script, which we had to modify a bit, we could finish the installation. But when I try to open the game by using Playonlinux the following mistakes happens:

On mistake could be, that the Path is not complety correct, should be Programme instead Program Files.
Do I have to replace it, and if yes, how?
As far as I'm not that computer crack I would beg you to write me very simple instruction

Using the wine icon to start the programm I get the following message:
Program: C:\Programme\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\startup.exe
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have the same problems with other applications, for example SimCity4
After the installation, while I tried to start the game, got this message:

Running SimCity 4
SimCity 4: line 5: cd: /home/ulla/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/SimCity4/drive_c/Program Files/Maxis/SimCity 4/Apps/: No such file or directory

Anybody there who can help me?
I eliminated the first mistake and the path is correct now.
The rest of the error is:

I already searched for all WinXP's and replaced them by Winxp's... in all configuration-files I found.
But he is still claiming that there are others left... where do I find those configuration files?

Would be really kind if you help me!
