Hi,

I am attempting to run an installation of a windows application.  The installation gets part way trough the setup, thn this error appears in a window labeled "Installshield DLL Custom Action"

The message is this:

File 'C:\users\crossover\Temp\InstallExtensions.dll' can not be found.  Make sure the file is on target systems or installed already.

 

How should I troubleshoot this?
