I am rather a newbie to PlayOnLinux, but so far, I think it's DA BOMB!

Presently, I am running Linux Mint 20.1. I have PlayOnLinux 4.34. and Wine (stable) 7 installed, but I yet to do anything with either program.

Several of the games I have require Windows version 8 or newer to run. I have an ISO of Windows 10 Pro, and herein lies my question:

In order to make the various files which PlayOnLinux and/or Wine might require, how would you recommend that I place Windows to make its files available to PlayOnLinux/Wine?

I appreciate that I probably should have sought my own answer to this question, so I apologize for taking up anyone's time to answer this newbie question.

I'm also a newbie but your question doesn't seem clear.

Just try to set Windows Version in POL-Wine to 8 or 10.
