Time after Time i tryed to install games over playonlinux.
In various reports I read about successful installations of various games.

But I never got a game running on playonlinux.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

For example:
Anno1701.

I tested it on 3 completely different machines.
My hardware must be absolutely sufficient

I love this game and have now gone to great lengths to get it to work.
I have now even completely rebuilt my system. (Current Ubuntu Mate 20.4)
But I tested it on Lubuntu 20.4 as well.

As I said on 3 different machines.

The installation process always went through correctly, but all I get is this Error Screen.

But on various websites you can read that Anno 1701 should run without any problems.

What exactly am I doing wrong?

Hi, I also have trouble getting POL to work on my new Debian 11 installation.

After trying many ways to install my games, I finally found the problem in the log messages - it's also in your log:

after the .PlayOnLinux part are two "/" but only one should be there. This seems to break a lot of things in POL at the moment.

Sadly I haven't found a way to correct the path yet.
