hello 

so I'm relatively new to play on mac and I don't know if there's already a post about this but I'm on a MacBook air and I downloaded a game on steam and it started to download .net framework and it just stopped downloading the loading circle is moving but the bar isn't and it's been over 3 hours.

these are the settings on my mac

graphics Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

processer 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

version 10.15.7

play on mac version 4.4.3

if anyone can help me id appreciate it very much
