Office Error Code 30175-4

The installation started and the error window came first from Microsoft Office. The Office window said the error was called 30175-4. I looked it up and microsoft says that it happens when an antivirus blocks it from installing. I turned off my firewall and tried to reinstall it but I still got the same message and now I'm stumped.
