When I launch PlayOnLinux (PoL), I get a couple of rr.com meswsages telling me that I am missing xterm and 7z and should install them to use PoL. Nevertheless, when I close the two messages, PoL runs and seems to work fine. I've looked in Synaptic for them, and xterm is installed, but can't find 7z.

Why can't it find xterm? Are they essential? What is 7z?

7Z = p7zip package.

I see you run Mint 14 (outdated I think), what is your POL version ?
