Would it be possible to install the POL without having a connection to the Internet?

I say, install wine and the plugns too. As I come from Windows everything that exists in this system is mine and already in Linux (Mint) I have to understand better.

POL/POM can not install a software/game without Internet (because it download the script + Wine + Functions). Then it will not need Internet to run this software/game.

Some Functions (ie: dotnet20) are stored into the folder 'Resources':  http://wiki.playonlinux.com/index.php/The_PlayOnLinux_Filesystem

You just need to download the plugin here:
http://www.playonmac.com/script_files/plugins/OfflinePlayOnLinux_0.1.pol dgcustomerfirst
Then, use PlayOnLinux settings menu to install it and configure it in beginers mode
This method is easy, but you will need to have at least an access to the internet to download all our scripts.
