With my previous installation I could open MS Office files directy by double clicking them. Now I freshly installed linux mint 19.1 with cinnamon 4.0.10, wine, playonlinux 4.2.12 and wine and got MS Office installed. Office files show the MS Office logo but when I double click them or right click and select Open with Microsoft XXX it just shows me the symbol that it's doing something (whatsoever that round turning thing is called) for a while but doesn't do anything else. In task monitor neither XXX.exe nor wineserver show up. The only way of opening files is to open MS Office, and chose the file via File --> Open. Can you please help me how to open files by double clicking?

Hi johnsmith101, this solution doesn't work unfortunately. Tapping is enabled already.

I'm not an expert here - what about right-clicking on the word.exe file (for example) and selecting "Open With Wine".
If that works to open the application - then I would assume a short-cut-link could be created to perform that function.
Just a thought - if the double-click option isn't going to happen.

I also have facing the same problem. I was seeking for a website that would make it easy for me to discover the best place to play online casino games when I came across Casinosters. This website makes it simple for me to locate the greatest place to play casino games.
