While windows will support 32 bits like forever, ubuntu will drop i386 support for 19.10.

You can try to show cannonical your disagreement through http://chng.it/JnqDq5HHHZ, "who does not try..." ^^.

Does this mean that we even can't run 32 bit Windows games in a 64 bit Wine Prefix when Ubuntu drops 32 bit support?

But at  "Ubuntu NOT Dropping 32-bit App Support After All? (Updated)" and  "Ubuntu Changes Its Mind, Says it WILL Continue to Support 32-bit Apps".

As mentioned Canonical has backed up on their initial statement. But when Ubuntu 2004 has the end of life cycle come up, who knows what will happen. I have a ton of 32 bit games that I run on Wine\Playonlinux that I would hate to lose.
