Registry : can not edit it with POL 4.3.4 ?

Can someone help me to understand why piece to code don't do the job, that it did several years ago (2014, with POL 4.2.2) ?

Maybe a regedit header line is missing. Also, I'm wonddering if the backslash should not be doubled
