Hello. I installed Microsoft Office 2013 by watching this tutorial on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6HhKWXdCWBM

I followed each and every step carefully and I succeeded in installing Office 2013. But when I open any one application of the suite eg. Word 2013, all I get is a black screen. I also tried installing Photoshop CS6 previously, but still I got a black screen. Is there a way I could fix this?
