Needed Wine version unavailable in POL - how to install it?

Greetings,

I see that the latest Wine-Staging versions are not available through the Wine Version manager in PlayOnLinux. Though, I need Wine-Staging 3.19 to install a certain game. Please, what should I do to install that specific in POL?

Any help would be appreciated!
