I just installed steam from the playonlinux menu and after installing Ace of Spades, This happens when I attempt to load it up.

I have also tried loading the escapists with the same issue so it's specific to ace of spades.

Try installing PlayOnLinux 4.2.12

What version of Wine are you using?

Looks like Ace of Spades is a browser-based game.

WineHQs shows a few tricks to get it running.

Create another shortcut in PlayOnLinux

1. Open Configure

2. Select Ace Of Spades virtual drive (left side)

3. Go to General Tab

4. Click "new shortcut in this virtual drive"

5. Select:  client.exe

or look in /home/USERNAME/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/aceofspades/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/Ace of Spades/

Note:  replace username with your linux login and doublecheck the path because the wineprefix may not be "aceofspades"

6. Then select the new shortcut and under "arguments" enter this command:

-aos://#######

7. replace the ##### with the server address

When you are ready to launch

1. Open Steam first

2. Go back to PlayOnLinux and click the Ace Of Spades shortcut with the argument to the server address.
