gog.com login failed

miszelespresko	hello dears, as in title, I am trying to install heroes of might and magic III.  It all goes well until I get to a point od loggin in to gog. It says that my gog.com login failed. Not sure what does it mean? I bought the game on gog.com...   pleasee help
