I have installed and uninstalled the Play on Mac many times and it does not work.  It says website unavailable and when I reinstal it doesn't go through the full install it just opens as if it's installed.  It doesn't prompt me to install Wire.  What do I need to do to fully uninstall the application and reinstall it fresh???
