I am successful at getting the program GoToAssist Expert to install, but when it attempts to "call home", during the installation, it pops up an error stating that it cannot connect to the Internet and to disable all firewalls.  I have done that but still getting the same results.  Ironically, it opens up a browser to an Internet help page.  Has anyone else come across this?
