HI,

I am using the latest playonlinux version with wine 2.0-stable version. When i try to run playonlinux the window comes up but underneath it says

'playonlinux website is unavailable please check your connection'

When I try to install the 'install menu comes up' but nothing happens,the busy indicator keeps on rotating. 

When I try to install via non-listed program the creation of virtual drives fails giving the error

Does this software work? What is going wrong,can anyone help me here?

 

 

 

 

Did you install Wine first before installing PlayOnLinux?

Also, normally when I do a fresh Linux install and then run PlayOnLinux, it will ask to install xterm.  You might want to give it a try as well.

Wouldn't hurt to install PlayOnLinux again too, just to be sure.
