I'm having FPS problems and Sound problems~ Dunno if anyone else is having these but first ill describe them..

FPS - My FPS scales lower throughout the game starting at around 90-180 and has scaled to as low as 7fps at around 40minutes, i usually have to relog to fix this issues at around 25minutes into the game.

 

Sound - My sound is glitched in a way that it sounds like a helicopter, or like everything is cutting in and out really fast. Some games its fine but most games it terrible and i usually just play music over it, i think it has to do with how fast you load in, ive noticed that if you load in fast that its fine but if you load in normally and slow then its glitches out or so.

 

I've looked on youtube and google to see if i can find any help or whatever and havent seen anyone else having these problems so i assumed it was because of linux and ive come here searching for help, i really like linux and dont wanna have to go and buy windows because i cant find a solution for this.

Linux version: 17.2 linux mint

I don't know which wine version you use, but you shoud use wine 2.15-staging ->http://wiki.playonlinux.com/index.php/Managing_Wine_Versions

Use proprietary drivers. Perf are far better with it than free ones -> http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=nouveau-410-blob&num=1

wine 2.15 staging makes my league client crash almost instantly even after instaling mono and gekko 

and the link doesnt really make sense to me tbh

updated my drivers to nvidia 375

Does it work when you install d3dx9 and vcrun2015 (configure->LoL virtual drive->Various->open a terminal->winetricks) ?

I dont have any virtual drives named "Various" in my leagueoflegends2(new client one) virtual drives and plus it says if i mess with my virtual drives im likely to break something so i dont really feel comfortable messing with it because i honestly dunno what im doing xD

I meant you select the virtual drive you have installed LoL, then various tab, then open a terminal, then

Well league of legends is working, it just has bugs i wanna fix aka the sound and the fps problem. 

 

but so far i open playonlinux > configure > League virtual drive > general? (i dont have a various tab at the top) > virtual drives. besides that i dont see anything else relating to virtual drives besides that so im lost ;-;

Did your fps increase when you have changed drivers ?

i think it did, played a few games and the fps was fine i think, my only poblem now is the sound

 

Ok, i don't see why you have sound problems atm. It should run fine.

I found this post on reddit where someone seemed to have the same problem im having and they went back to "1.7.52LeagueOfLegends5" and it fixed it, but in my case it wont even open league of legends

Is there a way i can send a crash report here? like how i could find one

Its more of a freeze and i have to close league than it is a crash though

Would you mind trying with different wine staging version  (e.g. from 2.11) ?

Tried 2.11 staging and 2.12 staging, and they both freeze at the loading screen after you open league, tried both twice and same results on both, 2.15 staging was able to atleast get me past the login screen before freezing 

I cannot help you further than that since I do not see where does the sound problem come from
