The model macbook pro i have is a 2011 15" 2.2ghz i7 quadcore with an AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB 

I have steam installed and have purchased fallout 3, all other steam games seem to work without an issue but anyone who plays fallout 3 on pc knows it can be a hassle to get to work in some circumstances. I start up Fallout 3 and it loads in perfectly fine, i have no issues until i click anything, the first time i click something the video freezes but i still here backround noise, when i clicked new game it faded into the black screen but i could hear the intro music, at the main screen while the game is starting up i clicked it and the screen froze, i couldnt see my mouse moving around but i could hear the sound it makes when i scrollover the options such as "new game" or "options"

 

Any advice would be great! i googled my issue and i couldnt find anything so really any helpwould be wonderful.
