Hi everybody,

 

I am attempting to install Steam, and I know many other people have done so succesfully. However, when I search "Steam" or any other application in the install menu, no applications show up on the list. I've tried selecting "Games" from the menu of application types above the search bar, and still nothing appears. Hitting "Refresh" does nothing. The internet connection works.

Literally nothing is showing up. Pretty frustrating. Thank you for any help/advice you can offer.

Have not yet found a solution, but I'm attempting a manual install. Wish me luck!

The copy of Steam I manually installed cannot update.
