I just install playonlinux last version on a Fedora24 / Gnome on wayland. [EDIT] tested with LXDE too , not directly linked to Gnome3.

But i'm unbale to use the GUI of PlayOnLinux

The first page is OK, i want to add a virtuial disk for some common tools.

The configuration window:

I can not add a new disk, or update anything.


Then : i test to add a wine version:
(clickable)
I can not validate the button


And with installing warcraft3 via the GUI

Again : unable to check the checkbox or to click on the button.

I test with installing via dnf:

• compat-wxGTK3-gtk2 compat-wxGTK3-gtk2-gl compat-wxGTK3-gtk2-media
• wxGTK wxGTK-gl wxGTK-media

I already have all other wxGTK3.

Installation is done with playonlinux repo and dnf:

# rpm -qa playonlinux
playonlinux-4.2.10-7.fc24.x86_64

Did someone have an idea ? What can i do ?

 

I must use a very little fonts to install/configure playonlinux and reset teh font after ?

What is your exact version of WX GTK ?

Seems to be a compatibility problem

wxGTK3-3.0.2-19.fc24.x86_64

wxGTK-2.8.12-23.fc24.x86_64

From Fedora repo

With older version of Fedora : situation is better : we can just fix it with update a little the code : https://www.playonlinux.com/fr/topic-13638-Fedora23__impossible_de_creer_un_nouveau_lecteur.html -

With ho33e5 solution it work

I solved this issue by changing python/lib/Variables.py line 52: windows_add_size = 250. It creates a ...

Maybe more a gtk3 issue no ?

Get better : configuration screen seems better. I look to add some px everywhere. And wait for POL5 with Lutris :).
