Tomb Raider 2013 - Stuck Keys & Glitchy Lighting

The up or w keys are stuck down, and the lighting is freaking out

SuperRoboWizard	Lighting: http://imgur.com/a/zQC23 Stuck keys: Either the W or the up arrow keys (or both) are being virtually held down, even if they are not on the keyboard. Pressing and releasing W or up does nothing. The menus are consantly being scrolled through, making selecting things require perfect timing. Once I manage to get in-game, Lara is constantly walking forward.
