So after installing Terraria in steam and then installing XNAframework, I close steam and download .NET Framework and then a message pops up that says my game will open and if it does not open I should type this 'echo 0|sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope' into the terminal but I tried to put it in the terminal and it says could not locate file.

I have steam overlay disabled.
