Hi. 

Before I format and re-installed my Ubuntu (same version), every games of Blizzard worked fine.

Since re-installed the OS, I cannot run only Diablo 3. Others like WoW and Heroes of the storm runs well.

When I press play button, then button changes to "Launching" and then it just doesn't start the game, and finally button reappears to be Play Button.

Do any1 know how to fix this?

[solution] 

rather than trying to play game on virtual disk for heartstone, I needed to make Diablo3 virtual drive chosen from install of POL. that fixed. But strange thing is that it was able to plat diablo 3 with hearthston virtual drive on previous ubuntu system before re-installing ubuntu..

Without full debug logs and computer specs, it's impossible to tell. Those should be posted in your very first post every time, so that your post does not get locked. We have to have that information to even begin to guess. ;)
