Hello,

Everytime i try to install something I have issues with Wine. POL install Wine and Wine Mono. After that install the PoL Assist show that error:

The error says that POL-Wine just crashed. If the program runs, just ignore that message (tranlated from german).

The program doesn't work. The install doesn't even start.

I am using Debian SID with Enlightenment. I searched for same bugs. I saw some, but no one helped me.

Can anybody help me with it? What I can do?

Thank for advice.

What version of PlayOnLinux are you using? Did you install it using Debian package or the package from this site?

If you start "playonlinux" from a terminal, what messages do you get?

After an installation attempt, can you access the install log (Tools > PlayOnLinux debugger > Virtual drives > (name of the virtual drive you chose) > Locate this log file)

And paste the content either here or on a pastebin service?

Deleted bleh. lol.

Solved it. By removing Wine and reinstalling it by myself (without PoL). Now PoL can install Software too..
