a black windows instead of the game :(

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to run diablo III via playonlinux and I'm on ubuntu 14.04. So I've installed playonlinux and install the game. However each time I want to start the game, a black windows opens .-. I don't understand what is happening. I join the screenshot of the buggy windows. Pretty Please help me.

Try and run:

sudo apt-get install libtxc-dxtn-s2tc0:i386

and see if that helps. If that does not work, then please post up your full computer specs and debug output (this should always be in your first post, anyway.).
