Has anyone succefully installed this plugin in any working microsoft browser?

• Mozilla Firefox
• Internet Explorer (only 32 bits) 
• Google Chrome
• Opera

Have you looked for open-source alternatives that run native on Linux? 

FYI, the only Microsoft browser in that list is IE. All of the rest are free/open-source. You aren't going to get the FB video call plugin working. You will need to find an open-source Linux alternative, or use it on Windows (or Windows in a virtual machine).
