Where do I ask for help?

I do not want to start out by asking for help in the wrong place. I am having problems with an officially supported game. Where is the appropriate place to ask for help?

Simply read the forum rules, and post in the correct forums. :) I would start out with Either the PlayOnLinux or PlayOnMac forums, depending on which system you are running. Make sure that you post up your debug output (check the stickies) and full system specs, linux version, graphics card, etc., so that we can figure out what is going on.
