Greetings fourm!

I'm new here, and not too sure if this is under the right topic. But..

So I have a macbook pro (2012) which was bought in Korea,

and I'm struggling to type korean within the application, launched with Playon Mac.

Is there anyway that I can type Korean?

Hi,

First of all, what is the wine version used by your application? I think it might vary if it uses XQuartz or not

thanks for the reply, I'm not sure on what version my wine is.. 

as I'm still new to Playon Mac, but It does open up with XQuartz.

Try to click on your game, then on "Configure" and then select wine 1.7.22

So do I go from, Playon Mac > Configure > (select game) > Wine > Configure Wine?

PlayOnMac -> Configure -> Select Game

And then you can change your wine version (Set it to 1.7.22, install it if needed (button "+") )
