It would be nice to have a way of reviewing a new script entry before posting it.
In the process of trying to learn the system, and also to see if the adblock extension I have was stopping me posting the source code on the intial entry, I created two empty entries.
Maybe a way to review, and a warning if the source code is empty.
I don't want to create any more empty entries.

Turn off ad-block and leave JS on. :) 98% of users do not use mess with that stuff.

I was right to create a bug report about script submission then, it's really not obvious the first time around.
That's a two steps process, create an entry that describes the program, then reply to it with an install script.

Oh, so it is just blank because there have been no "contributions" after the original script entry was saved, right?

Well, after one or several scripts have been contributed to the entry, a third step is that a maintainer validates one of the scripts; Only at that point will it appear "associated" with the main entry (hence also appear in the PoL/PoM install menu).
Until then users can try contributed scripts from the web interface, but none is considered "officially endorsed"; So caution while doing this. (on the other hand, if one or several users can give some feedback about contributed scripts, it's a very valuable information for maintainers, that may not own the program and try the installer scripts by themselves).
